On the 24-25th of October the eSilver Tour project meeting in Badajoz brought together both face-to-face and online participants to discuss key project developments. The meeting focused on various aspects of the project, starting with updates on IO3, which focuses on the e-learning platform development, by AidLearn, including the platform's structure presentation. Partners discussed the first module presentation and planned to share credentials for partner feedback. The meeting concluded with plans for a follow-up session in November.
Several important next steps were outlined, such as updates of learning modules material, translation efforts. The meeting also emphasized dissemination activities, including the review of KPIs and expanding the list of contacts database. Partners committed to enhancing the project's online presence and preparing promotional materials. Furthermore, discussions touched on pilot group participants, a multiplier event, sustainability declarations, and a final conference.
The meeting addressed website translation issues, with partners encouraged to manually update translations to maintain consistency. Lastly, it reviewed the fourth reporting, project evaluation, project management updates, and a proposed project extension. The final conference in Portugal, planned for June or early July 2023, was introduced as a pivotal event to invite participants and stakeholders.
