During the eSilver Tour project virtual meeting held on September 15, 2021, significant discussions revolved around IO2, focusing on the development of blended learning content. Several key decisions were reached, including the need to follow guidelines provided by 50+ Hellas for creating training modules. It was emphasized that the handbook or curriculum should be designed before the training modules. Additionally, the meeting featured discussions on self-assessment tools, workbooks, formal certification, and deadlines for module development. The order of modules was also proposed to be revised for more effective content delivery.
In response to the discussions, a new order for the modules was proposed, reshuffling their sequence and content to optimize the learning experience. This revised module order aimed to provide introductory content modules for smoother and more logical progress in the learning journey. Further refinement and finalization of the module order were set to be addressed during the next meeting on September 29, 2021.
