During the eSilver Tour project's virtual meeting on April 18, 2023, several key points were addressed. The focus was on the status of the implementation of the e-learning platform (IO3). Partners discussed the missing elements and pending questions for the platform.

Another point of discussion was the final conference, scheduled for June 21, would be held in a hybrid format, with online and face-to-face participation, The agenda for the conference would be shared by Aidlearn, with each IO leader presenting their objectives and results. The final transnational partnership meeting was confirmed for July 12. The meeting also touched on the piloting plan, which was accepted by all partners, and pilots were scheduled between mid-April and mid-May. Feedback collection would involve a Google Form based on the questionnaire developed by 50+. Each partner planned to conduct their pilots in early May, and a follow-up consortium meeting in early May was proposed to address any potential issues before the pilots began.
