The eSilver Tour project held a virtual meeting on March 7, 2023, with representatives from partner organizations. The meeting primarily focused on reviewing the progress of the project's modules and their implementation on the platform. The status of translations and implementations varied among partners, with some already completed and others in the final stages. A deadline of March 17 was set for completing the implementation on the platform, and partners were encouraged to reach out for any clarifications or support needed. Additionally, guides for the project, including technical learner’s and tutor's guides, were discussed. The meeting also touched upon the creation of an introductory video of the e-learning course with subtitles in multiple languages.

The meeting highlighted the urgency of completing the platform by the end of March to accommodate the upcoming pilot tests scheduled for April. Partners were reminded of the need to conduct pilots with both learners (Mode A) and tutors (Mode B) and to engage at least 12 participants per partner. The structure of the for the pilots was outlined, with a full-day online workshop for tutors and learners to explore the platform and provide feedback. EOLAS would be responsible for creating a survey questionnaire, divided into three parts: profile, technical, and content-related questions. The meeting concluded with an announcement of the next meeting scheduled for March 27, during which the final partnership meeting in July in Portugal would be discussed.
