The eSilver Tour project held a virtual meeting on March 27, 2023. The primary focus was on planning the final transnational project meeting and conference in Portugal, originally scheduled for July but now facing potential scheduling challenges due to the closure of elderly centers during that time.

The meeting also discussed the progress of the e-learning platform (IO3) and highlighted the status of work per partner. ESE had implemented all modules, and EOLAS had uploaded all modules to the platform. AidLearn had finalized the Portuguese version, and Tech-Park Kaunas was in the process of platform implementation. 50+ Hellas planned to upload all contents during the week. An upcoming video presentation would explain the two modes of the platform. The piloting phase was discussed, with guidelines to be sent by 50+ Hellas, and an online meeting scheduled for April 3 to discuss pilot methodology and implementation. Additionally, plans for dissemination activities, including social media posts, newsletters, and multiplier events, were outlined. The meeting concluded with an announcement of the next meeting scheduled for April 3, during which pilot preparation and methodology would be discussed.
